I visited this shop when it was still in the mall to ask about obtaining a black wedding dress or the possibility of dying a white one if bought, and was told it was impossible and promptly dismissed. The attendant did not smile and was very cold and rude. Didn't even try to talk about alternatives, discuss other colour options or offer to book a consultation to go into more detail.
I rung up yesterday as it's since become a home business and thought I'd give it a second chance - perhaps the lady I saw last time was having a bad day. I rang about 15:30 and there was no answer. I left a voicemail

Lovely people and great customer service. It's a shame I couldn’t get my dress from them as the only colour for the dress I wanted was in gold and my mum wasn’t keen on it.
