I have been so impressed and pleased with the service I have received from Mark Wardley. He has dealt with my case for best part of a year and he has been brilliant.
He has always kept me updated with everything I needed to know and has been readily available by email and phone call if I had any worries or concerns about things. The quality of all the documents he produced for me were of very high standard and he always listened to my thoughts about things and clarified anything I wasn’t sure of. Mark has made what has been a very difficult year slightly more bearable with all the hard work

Unprofessional, not capable of doing there job, this company is a complete joke as solictor you would think they would have to serve a certain level of professional service...our house move ended up delayed as it was near on impossible to make contact with our solictor and this is before she went on annual leave & never told us of whom was taking over our case & had no knowledge so ended up asking us for everything all over again & specifying she needed documents they had! I would also like to mention that they was blaming our lender for delays when they forgot to mention it was because they let

Unprofessional, absolutely waste of time, didn’t even bother to reply to my email after positive free half an hour session and verbal commitment (mind this - not all details have been given at the time and no binding legal advice was given from the lawyer, which I fully understand).Provided all necessary details and asked for next steps to no avail.
Even after my courtesy phone call to remind my case,I have been promised (by a secretary) a response on the same day, received no contact at all to date.Email has been sent on the 19th of June.Today is the 28th of June.
Avoid at all cost.They need
