Emery Halil and Brown (EHB) was founded in 2002 by partners Philip Emery, Canel Halil and Michael Michael. The aim of the founding Partners was to establish a specialised criminal law defence practice that would be recognised as providing a highly experienced and professional service. The Partners have between them over 50 years of criminal law experience.

If you are travelling by car then we are outside of the congestion zone and there are metered parking spaces available on surrounding streets. The Kent office is located on the Davis Estate, Chatham (near Toys r us / Homebase retail park). The office is serviced by the 101 bus.

As a firm holding a criminal franchise we are able to undertake publicly funded work (Legal Aid Work).
