Fantastic service. Gave my watch in for a battery replacement. Graeme was first class. Very efficient service. He even delivered it back to my place of work. Very friendly, reasonable, professional and knowledgeable jeweller. Highly recommend.

I ordered a large gold St. Mungo pendant for my birthday. It arrived very quickly and the staff member I spoke with over the phone was lovely and professional. The pendant had only been viewed online so really didn't know what to expect with regards to quality, weight etc. At £295 I did hope I wouldn't be disappointed with it. Wow, it's stunning. So well made, I believe by Graham in the shop. I'm very happy with it and will cherish it. This company definitely deserve top marks, I'll never take this off.
