Customer after care is truly shocking. My wife has just had to have a heated debate about a botched repair. The person dealing with us actually said " that the repair would have effected the quality" maybe it's just me, but I was of the understanding that carrying out a proper repair should make the situation better? Get your act together

Small store with unique, one of a kind jewellery (and coins). The ladies' earrings and pendants were very different to Toronto. Prices VERY reasonable. Got a unique pair of "turquoise" opal earrings and a matching pendant. The owner/person behind the counter was very personable. Nice to find a shop with unique items that don't have a bland, mass-produced look!

I received a bracelet from John Macintyre and Sons for my 21st birthday, and liked it so much that I went back a week later to try and find some charms for it.
It wasn't until I got the bracelet that I even realised the place existed; its nestled away down a small alley on Buchanan street and up a couple of flights of stairs. When you do reach the shop though, it's just as big as any high street jewellers, in fact it's even bigger than quite a few in Glasgow.
John Macintyre's is good for all occasions because they stock jewellery to suit all price ranges. Ideal for birthdays
