Brought my hybrid car in after going to a few mechanics who told me some BS reason why my car broke down. Took it to Zak and right away I knew I was in good hands. He diagnosed the problem, got the part and fixed it for me.

Very good mechanics, helpful, high quality of service and knowledgeable. Had no problem with booking appointments even though I work full time and struggle in getting appointments outside 9-5 Mon-Fri. MOT passed with flying colours. Would highly recommend!

Honestly cant reccomend DNA enough.
was 2.5hrs away from home when my driveshaft decided it didnt want to drive anymore and fell off.
with only a cheap car jack and no tools i was stranded when Zak pulled up infront of me even after seeing car after car drive by and lent me a few tools to get my car back on its travels!
a swift fix to get the car… moving and i was back on my way - 100 miles later the car was home safe and sound ready for me to fix this week!
100% would recommend him for you car worries.

Stay Away! Asked for a clutch bleed and for the shifter mechanism to be sorted. To their credit they did the shifter mechanism, moved the linkage cables over to the correct one. The clutch on the other hand still has air in the system. Because I have "faulty parts" it's not their failure that the clutch isn't bleed. Clutch still has air in the system despite having the rebuild kit for the clutch cylinder in my hand! They wasn't willing to spend 10 minutes to sort the problem and have me on my way. Bottom line £120 just for the control cables to be put on the correct linkage and I feel abused.

As a newbie to Nottingham I panicked when I had a problem with my car and could no longer reach my go to mechanic! Picked DNA based on current Google reviews and have to agree with all other 5 star reviews. Everything was sorted quickly, professionally and for a decent price - and everyone was so friendly making a stressful circumstance so much easier! They even invited me back to double check things once more when I was worried, which was really appreciated. Thank you so much guys, I'm so grateful for the fab service you provided and will definitely be returning if I need any help in the future
