Services
Our comprehensive range of bollards is manufactured using steel or stainless steel. Combined with our large machining capacity all styles can be offered with turned recesses. Most sizes and configurations are possible, including large diameter stainless steel bollards used as decorative sleeves over anti-ram cores and a removable style with separate socket boxes.
This remarkable high-performance material offers many advantages over traditional coating methods. Rilsan PA11 nylon coatings outlast both galvanising and stainless steel in many harsh environments which is why our stands have been selected by the National Trust for installation along the UK South West Coast Footpath.
Our welding, fabrication and tube bending operations are supported by our machining capacity. This includes a large turning facility for the machining of bollards which is complimented by CNC milling. This not only supports production but also allows for in house tooling and jig manufacture. Tube manipulation is a historic strength within our company, we offer many products utilising this technique.
We manufacture in both carbon steel and stainless steel grades 304 and 316. Our materials are sourced from European steel mills which have the supporting test certificates ensuring the correct material grades are supplied. This complies fully with our ISO 9001:2015 quality audit requirements. All stainless steel polishing is carried out in house on modern state of the art machinery utilising the very latest abrasive technology.
We do not consider our job complete until our products have been delivered to your warehouse or direct to your customer's site. Where required we manufacture specific custom stillages providing secure transport of the products ensuring damage free deliveries with simple and safe site unloading. We always use the most economical form of distribution.
