Services
We can provide full design and administration services on residential extensions, refurbishment and conversions from a small loft conversion of a single storey extension up to the development of a mansion house as well as the creation of basements enabling the formation of underground parking areas and private swimming pools and leisure facilities.
Our work also involves the generation of individual interior design works where a requirement is to develop an existing space or set of spaces using products and materials without the ability or requirement to extend or create new floor space. Some projects deal with the need to re-organise accommodation which subsequently forms a new and more satisfying internal environment.
Our projects also include a variety of basement formations and the development of subterranean accommodation beneath existing buildings and associated garden areas. Such can require an extensive amount of pre-design consultation with the local authority and interaction with designated specialists and consultants.
We can provide scheme design and detail design services for small and medium sized commercial projects and offer a service that endeavours to understand each and every aspect of a clients design requirement so that a solution can be provided that will result in a commercial organisation maintaining and developing its standing.
We can offer a service in respect of the Party Wall Act from the building owner's perspective and that of the adjoining owner. If you are about to undertake building works that are in close proximity to a neighbouring property or if you have received a notice from your neighbour relative to such works, we can act for you in assuring that the appropriate processes are put in place to protect each party in respect of ongoing effects.

These are the facts of what happened to us.
We had concerns about the foundations of our house and whether it would be suitable for a loft conversion and we raised these concerns in our first meeting with Simon.
He inspected the house and took measurement and seemed to think we had nothing to worry about. After spending thousands on drawings, planning permission and a structure engineer, we found out when we employed the builders that the structure would not support a loft conversion, without underpinning the property!
This put the build beyond our budget and all this could have been avoided
