First visit to Shine Dental after being recommended by my parents. I’ve seen Tania this morning and what a lovely lady. As a nervous patient, she was kind and sympathetic to my concerns and put me at ease. I have a massive phobia of needles and anything hospital/dentist related and when I found that Shine Dental are good with anxious patients and offer ‘Sleeper One’ painless injections as an alternative to normal anaesthetic injections I thought I’d give them a go.
Ive now had an initial check up (after not going for years due to fear), a cleaning appointment with a hygienist and my first of two fillings and I didn’t feel a thing.
The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel relaxed throughout each of my appointments and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know

From the moment I entered this amazing Practice I felt welcomed.

Amazing Practice & staff! I had to have 3 root canals and was very nervous about it. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful, reassuring and put me at ease. The dentists explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the whole thing. The reception staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, the dentist and dental assistant were friendly, professional, kind and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone.
