All of the team were incredibly helpful and friendly while guiding me through the process of getting a mortgage, as a first time buyer. Everything was explained to me so I had a total understanding of proceedings and I felt that they were acting in my best interests and professionally the whole time. After securing my mortgage, they assisted me by advising on relevant insurance and add on products. This all made for a very hassle free experience. Find a better insurance company or go direct which is what i am going to do when my policy ends in July next year!! You will get a better deal in the long run there are lots of hidden charges they even charge you to pay by debit card and threaten you with cancelling insurance policys etc constantly. I have not had my policy for a month yet and have had 2 cancellation letters and I paid in full for the year!!! They take your card details and payment before checking your License with DVLA although I have a clean licence and gave them my National insurance number I received a cancellation letter as
