Created a google account just to post this review and warn people off. They’re the most unprofessional company I have ever come across! The advisor I spoke to was rude, sanctimonious and didn’t listen to what I was saying. She managed to spin her own narrative which was different to what I was saying. I think they will do anything to make our lives difficult. My policy term had finished, but they still went back to make amendments that didn’t need doing as I hadn’t made a claim, just so that it will be difficult for me in the future to get new policies. Despite no claim! I am literally

The worse insurance company I have ever been insured with. I had a mini tornado going through my property and the damage left me with no roof, wet walls, destroyed garage, wet kitchen and laminate flooring. The worse than anything was that I have 2 little children and not able to live in my house, becouse of damage. Policy Experts didn't pay a penny! Leaving one family on the street. Now we have to found place to rent and money to fix our home.

They sent a plumber for an emergency leak..... plumber turns up says he will get new parts.....no response. Toilet still not working. Considering i turned the water off myself... they said the claim is valid because the plumber said he stopped the water to stop the leak........ok....like i said....i turned off the water myself!!!

I haven't made a claim yet but their customer service for home insurance is very good. They answer within a few rings and the advisors are really knowledgeable and able to sort the policy out straightaway. I had to amend my policy start date and they did it within one phone call and a few minutes. Documents were available on the online portal before I even put the phone down which is great.

Appaling. Terrible company.
41 days and waiting for a decision if damaged car can be repaired. Poor customer service. I have to call regularly to get updates thats if I can get through. Calls cut off suddenly when on queuing system.
One operator accused me of lying when I mentioned I didn't received a call from Policy Expert.
I've paid for courtesy car cover but now that my car is damaged, they won't offer courtesy car, as their selected garage cannot provide. Costing me a fortune to rent privately for commuting.
Was informed that all call handlers finish at 5pm even their website states open
