Nestled between the shops in Honiton square Penketh, Delgados Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria is a welcoming, simple but stylishly furnished restaurant. It was originally established in 2001 by the Delgado family and has since then been an appealing feature in the heart of the Penketh community. This atmospheric little gem has something for everyone.

Tonight was our visit to Delgados and will not be our last. My daughter even though she is almost 12 enjoyed making her own pizza. The food was very tasty and the service was excellent. My daughter didn’t like the ice cream options, but that was because there wasn’t chocolate and she can be a bit fussy, however, our waiter offered to make her a special ice cream with wafers and lots of chocolate sauce, whilst my daughter declined this, it was a lovely thing for the waiter to do.

Made a last minute decision to go here for tea last night…. One of the best last minute decisions I’ve made! The food here is sooo good, freshly made & really tasty. First time we’ve been since it changed owners and we were VERY impressed. Great customer service, friendly & chatty. Can’t wait to go back. Keep up the good work!
