MTD.tax is a brand new accountancy service set up to help with the new digital reporting requirements to be implemented by HMRC. Founded in 2017, MTD specialise in small businesses, providing expertise in all areas of Accountancy, Taxation and Digital Reporting. With our dedicated and experienced team we'll be able to meet all your making tax digital reporting, accountancy and bookkeeping needs.
We also provide accountancy bookkeeping services to local businesses and can form and register your company with Companies House. MTD can prepare your annual, periodic or management accounts and are familiar with a wide range of manual and computerised accountancy formats, especially QuickBooks. If you prefer to prepare them yourself, we can assist you where needed.

I’m so please with the service I get from Glenn, Amy and the team. I changed accountants early in 2020. I had put off changing as I thought it would be a hassle and a complicated task. Glenn made it so easy and sorted everything out for me, I wish I had changed years ago. They are professional, friendly and informative. I’m kept regularly up dated with my accounts. Been using Leathley and Co for a few years now and they've been amazing from the start. Very Professional service and always at the end of the phone or email if I need them. Recently swapped to quickbooks to manage my finances and as well as advising me on how to use quickbooks, they also arranged a free hour webinar and online training session with a quickbooks representative which was extremely useful.
