The booking system needs improvement. As I came to the practice with a confirmed appointment that I have waited for over a month however I was told the appointment is not in the system when I arrived. This is bizarre. And the only feedback I have received is “I don’t know what to say.” The practice needs to consider another booking system or receptionist.

From my experience, I feel that this dentists are not providing an adequate level of care for its patients. I understand that it is an NHS practice but I feel that the dentists are rushed and pushed to squeeze in as many patients as possible in a day to the point where they cannot complete the dentistry work well. From my recent experiences, the dentist I entrusted with my dental issues, left my teeth worse off. A simple filling turned into a nightmare 2 years of the filling breaking, being filled and then breaking again three more times to the point where the tooth was so overfilled I have had

Went in today for my first appointment, receptionist, nurse and doctor are all professional and competent made my visit pleasant. Saw Dr Amy she is very competent and knowledgeable in her field and she was patient with me took the time to explain everything in details and gave advise. Definitely recommend.

Appalling customer service. Website and Facebook says they welcome new NHS patients so contacted them to join the surgery, completing their online form. No response.
Then telephoned and upon enquiry, was informed they are not accepting new NHS patients. I then asked if there was a waiting list and the receptionist told me rudely not to bother, it was not worth it. I thanked her for being so unhelpful!

*I have never been to this dental office and I am only reviewing my phone conversation.* Their website clearly states that they are accepting new patients. So, I called today and was told no, they are not accepting new patients at this time. I said that they may consider updating their website because it states they are. After I said this, the receptionist paused and said "ok, thanks, bye." That's it. No apology. No sorry for the confusion. Nothing.

Spoke to the receptionist Becky, she was lovely and very patient. Everyone I spoke to was lovely and very helpful offering advice. They even stayed behind later so I could get my prescription which I am very grateful for. Although I couldn’t see anyone they still wanted to help me, they’re doing a great job especially during these times! 100% would recommend!
