We've been using Cordic for a while now for our on-demand courier service, at first we didn't want to go for Cordic because of their design user interface..but recently we see them improving with the web booker/customer apps & driver apps
The new customer app could of been done better though, I hope they'll keep on improving for it to be close to any other modern native app.
Hopefully very soon Google maps will be implemented which will be very beneficial for us all! And easier for customers to find addresses.
The system is very reliable with no bugs what so ever.

We have had Cordic now for over 10 years,been in the trade for over 30 years and this is by far the best system on the market today, In 10 years we have never had the system go down and the Cordic support is very excellent. Not the cheapest but like they say you get what you pay for. It’s really help my business grow! Highly recommend.

Received a call today to make up the short coming of some staff that rejected by proposal for help today from Mariam, she went beyond the call of duty to help an old customer. Ever so happy that I had to amend our previous review of Cordic. Certainly the best product on the market even though its a little expensive it works ever so well so would recommend it over the other currently in the market place as it is excellent for pricing accounts and easy to understand on driver statements.
