Bookings Operator - Full and part-time - 16-30 hours. Day and night shifts to be covered. Duties include answering phone calls and entering bookings into our despatch system. Responding to emails for bookings and quotes. Dealing with a variety of customers, including account customers, so experience of customer service would be an advantage.
In the event that any payment is to be refunded, Cambridge City Taxis Ltd will issue a refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made within 48hrs of the refund request. If for any reason, we are unable to make the refund payment back to the originating card for reasons outside Cambridge City Taxis Ltd control, a cheque refund will be made to the named cardholder ONLY.
