The Milan is a regal jewellery and gift box collection in a black soft touch material, with a luxury ivory interior and matching elegant hard outer sleeves. Well what can I say , one parcel they sent us didn't arrive , i know for certain it was sent. Quick phone call and the entire consignment was re sent by 24 hour service and arrived next day.
Their extra slim ring boxes , are almost as good as ones i usually pay CG twice the price for, my customers are delighted with them, and save me a fortune on my free posting by large letter instead of traditional ring boxes.
So i placed a second order for their extra slim pendant/earring boxes for my wife to use with her craftwork. OK shame they only do them in black , but at the price for putting in cheap

I received some jewellery boxes which were good quality for the price. Unfortunately no earrings fit in the postal earring boxes.
Upon returning them for exchange I was given a credit note with a different price than I paid. When questioned I was told they were charged by Paypal on the original transaction so I'd be incurring those costs (and more)... it's not in their T&Cs but they arbitrarily charge customers for their business expenses it seems. I was also told it was a "gesture of goodwill" that they agreed to accept them back. Maybe they should look into the law on that one?
