Thought they had done a good job of my tyre change however 4 weeks later, during wheel refurbishment, the wheels were attempted to be removed but all nuts were found to be greatly over torqued and the locking wheel key was damaged.
Phoned John McInnes to discuss and as soon as the woman on phone realised I was complaining the tone completely changed, tried to wriggle out with every excuse and eventually actually hung up on me! Couldn’t believe it. The only excuse they could come up with is I should have gone back to them for rectification, the wheel refurb was done through BMW insurance and
