I would not recommend them. I have stayed at home all day, waiting - in vain - for them to call to say that the engineer was on the way, as they had said they would. Eventually I rang, and was told they would call me back, but they didn't. For all I know they may be good plumbers, but judging by today's experience their service is dreadful.

My name is John Joy i have come in to the office to thank West London Heating and Plumbing for an out of hours service provided to me. These guys prevented a terrible situation getting worse by removing a leaking cylinder that would have bought down 2 x ceilings in my house at very short notice .Brilliant service to say the least.Thanks Dave and Barnaby .
