Excellent from the word go. Called and left a message early on a Sunday, was called back within 10 minutes. The polite, friendly engineer I spoke to managed to work out the problem over the phone. All fixed, all good would definitely use again.

Our new to us house needed extensive refurbishment. First on the list was to replace the ancient floor standing gas boiler in the kitchen, remove the cylinder and relocate everything into the loft. I broadly knew what I wanted and I was aware that my area suffered low water pressure in the summer. I contacted Reliant and Ricky spent time talking through the options and we arrived at a system that met all my needs.
Once I’d accepted Reliants quote, Rickys booked me in and he arrived at the agreed time every day and put a proper shift in. The layout of the finished installation looks very neat
