At Nelson Jordan and Company, we are very flexible. We accept cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards. We have payment schemes via direct debit with most Insurers and where not available, we offer direct debit facilities with a premium credit payment company. We are able to email your documentation to you or if a garage requires a cover note for the new vehicle you have just purchased, we are happy to email it onto them.

Unprofessional, rude,unknowledgeable in what they say and unashamed liars. I have just been shafted. Although I have paid (foolishly in full) for fully comprehensive and am now only getting third party because the insurers have gone into liquidation. I have been told if I cancel, I will lose the remaining 6 months money, not yet used. I have also been told I am liable for 10% of any claims. THIS IS NOT WHAT I AGREED TO OR PAID FOR.
