Save your time, money and mental health by not booking with Carol. By far the worst driving instructor I have had by a mile! She was very rude, patronising and when I asked her questions she would reply in a belittling way which made me anxious to learn. I called her out on her behaviour which put her in place for about 10 minuets and then she went back to her aggressive self. Also I booked 20 hours through pass me fast scheme, which she then got my hours mixed up meaning I would have a remaining 4 hour lesson on my test day which I was not happy about! She slagged off her other students and went

I had lessons recently with Carol. I had already had some lessons with another driving instructor, but had moved back to the area and hoped to finish them with Carol. I had a test booked relatively soon after starting with her. We had several two-hour lessons which cost £70, but we just drove around the same area each time, didnt do any maneuvers or well anything, I just drove around. Booked lessons with Carol and she would always turn up late to lessons and wouldn't inform me until the last minute. When I would be driving she would be on the phone to people or texting/scrolling through Facebook. I felt like I wasn't making much progress in my lessons so I wouldn't recommend at all.

Whilst waiting for Carol on my first lesson I had to wait 40 minutes past the arranged time and when she arrived I was confused to see another student in the drivers seat? I presumed she lived in the same area as me but when she got into the back of the car I was even more puzzled, I have been learning to drive for just over a year so having someone in the back wasn’t too bad for me but I can imagine for a new starting leaner driver this could be a very nerve wracking and uncomfortable experience, I then continued to drive the student home and then drove to pick someone else up, who we then drove

Carol is a 5* driving instructor, she is always going out of her way to accommodate lesson times. I found Carol to be not only be professional but very encouraging when learning something new and great at putting nerves at ease! Carol helped me to pass first time with only 1 Minor.
P.S - there`s never dull lesson with Carol! ;) Highly recommended!

I had driving lessons from a young age, but never got on with any of my instructors and my confidence in driving was knocked back. However, with Carol's patient teaching style, easy to follow direction and witty personality, I became very at ease in the car. And to top it all off, I passed first time! I would highly recommend her as your instructor. Thank you Carol!
