From her passion and desire to improve the care sector she set up Smarter care. Sarah is a qualified trainer and regularly works in local homes to update her knowledge and skills and share these experiences when she trains new candidates.

These other reviews are all made by managers, if your looking this up as your considering taking a job with them- take this a warning DO NOT TAKE A POSITION WITH THIS COMPANY.
They pay lower than New Look do themselves on a 0 hour contract, act incredibly unprofessional when you do an induction.
To make it worse, me and some other chaps were due to start today, after waiting outside of reception (with no option to come inside when it's -1 outside) for 3 hours, we ended up leaving because after 20 calls saying we were here, all we got was 'be down in a sec' every 5 minutes for 3 HOURS in the freezing

I can honestly say Paul Smith goes the extra mile and delivers a great service. Alas we didn’t quite cross the line this time but the attention to detail the negotiation is outstanding. Should I find myself looking for a change of career/direction in the future I’d certainly make Paul my first call.

Paul helped me obtain a permanent full-time job that suited what I needed and wanted. I can't thank him enough. After 12 months of temporary jobs I now have a very exciting job offer with a amazing company. Paul was so amazing he took all the stress and worry away, when it came to the interview he took time to calm my nerves so that I could be my best . He was supposed to be on annual leave the day he got my job offer but he rang me straight away. Such a lovely person. The level of service, help and advice we received when using Smarter Recruitment in order to help find staff, was impeccable. Ben was quick, thorougher and very efficient.
