Posh Spice continues to gain acclaim as one of the finest family-run Indian restaurants in Nailsea. Featuring an extensive menu of Indian Sub-Continental cuisine, our restaurant caters to those who enjoy dishes which are genuine in origin, and use traditional Indian ingredients.

Like the majority of restaurants, our kitchen and many of our recipes contain nuts and a wide variety of other ingredients which can cause severe allergic reactions or even death in a small minority of people. If any of your diners have special dietary needs, then please call us before ordering on 01275 856627 to discuss, and we will try to accommodate your requirements.

Friendly service, well spiced curry dishes at a very reasonable price - what more could you want? A great neighbourhood restaurant.

We've been a satisfied customer with Posh Spice in the past but this was not the case on Thursday (18th Nov). As it was a family members birthday, we decided to treat ourselves, I wish we hadn't. The food was cold & mediocre & our order was wrong! We were missing a rice, we called Posh Spice who told us to return to them & they gave us an extra rice for the inconvenience. By the time we got back with our extra rice (which we didn't want) our other food was stone cold. We had a massive bag of salad instead of individual portions where the lettuce was brown around the edges, 1 piece of tomato & 1

Collection was a bit delayed but it was 1930 on a Saturday! Good exactly as ordered and delicious.

Felt like we had to really fight to get anything done. Booked a table for ten but were given a table for eight instead. Two of the eight places didn't have napkins. Were given six menus to share between ten of us. Twenty popodoms for the table came with only one small plate of dips. Ordered water for the table (along with our beers/wine) but only got three glasses between us. Asked for more glasses and were given two more. Ordered six rice for the table and only got five. Just a bit of an unnecessary ordeal really. Unfortunately the food was bland compared to last time I was here 3-4 years ago

Delicious food but the garlic in the garlic rice was crunchy.. Little bit strange for me.
The kingfisher tasted like the keg had been open for a while. Staff are attentive and the restaurant has a nice ambience.

Great food but a rather strange menu . No garlic and cheese nan bread or chicken tikka vindaloo . But what I had was lovely but they need to do garlic and cheese nan breads at the very least.

It is hard to believe that I gave this restaurant a 4 star review 2 years ago. Having been back there several times since and had a good experience on every occasion, only to be driven to deleting that review and writing a fresh version today.
What has happened to Posh Spice, was there a change of management, or has some post Covid apocalypse stress syndrome robbed them of their customer and culinary skills.?
The guy who served us was the same guy who took our phone booking for our fairly large party of guests.
Rude and curt on the phone and equally rude and curt in person. No attempt at friendly

Friendly local restaurant and takeaway. We'd been going there for years and had stopped getting takeaways due to frequent errors with our orders.
We gave them another try recently and found they've really upped their game both in terms of quality and accuracy of the order.
Delicious dishes and great value for money. We're fans again!

Great Indian Restaurant! A very large array of choice here with so many dishes to choose from! The staff are extremely good at their jobs and provide an excellent service! The food is very good and their Banquet Night is definitely worth going to which is £10.95 for a starter, main dish, side dish and rice/bread! (I think banquet night is every Wednesday) A good choice if you're with friends or family and fancy an evening meal out!

I was persuaded to give Posh Spice another chance, and was glad I did. They've made a vast improvement to the taste of the food compared to previous visits. Service is much more friendly and efficient now. Though sadly for the restaurant, there's still lots of empty seats most nights.

Always have had good food, sometimes if busy the service can be a bit slow but worth the wait.

Posh spice isn't our nearest curryhouse but in my opinion it is the best.
A warm welcome, great food at reasonable price.
A very full meal for 4 adults was £30, with free poppadums and a bottle of lager thrown in for free!

They do takeaway orders too, competing with the Indian takeout from across the road. Sometimes it is quite empty on a saturday but sometimes not, either way it's a typical Indian restaurant layout cubicle style and the food is of reasonable quality. Good to check it out for restaurants in Nailsea.

A decent curry house with a good menu and really nice food. The service is cheerful and accomodating and the atmosphere is lively. Definitely worth a visit and they do takeaways as well.
