Services
The conversion of a 1970s office block, in the heart of Barcelona. We were appointed by Marriott International Hotels & Resorts to oversee the delivery and opening of the new EDITION hotel. The development was organized vertically, from the basement club to the rooftop bar / pool, incorporating 100 guestrooms within this boutique hotel.
Every project has to establish the principles and boundaries of the brief. So, our first process is to sit down with the client, usual at the project site, and review the aspirations and demands. Following this we will develop a concept document, that will explore several options and ideas for the scheme.
