We have gone from being a 2 man partnership to a Limited Company that employs many people- both as part of the company and on a Sub Contractor basis - sometimes with up to 40 people at various sites.

Services
At AM Builders (Luton) Limited we pride ourselves on our various building and maintenance services that we offer on commercial properties in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and parts of London. We also undertake residential work. We supply a free of charge quotation and are on hand to offer professional advice to help you decide on the right project for you.
Our in-house Architectural and Interior Design Service works with the client from concept to completion, creating innovative and functional spaces, ensuring a smooth delivery of the project on site. We can create 3D visualisations to capture the true design potential, as well as providing drawings for statutory applications and dealing with these submissions.
We undertake all types of groundwork to suit our clients needs. We lay tarmac and carry out white lining if the project requires. We design layouts for all types of block paving and slabbing if the client is unsure of what will work for their project and carry out the work once it is decided on. Over recent years the more traditional grass- either turf or grass seed - has been replaced by clients requiring artificial grass.
Whether our clients are thinking of building a new project, extending an existing property or converting part of a property for another use we have the skills and knowledge to assist. Not only that but we can provide services that are in between. We have roofers - for all types of roof work. We carry out all works from foundation upwards including guttering and rendering, brick/blockwork.
Whether a major or a minor project our health and safety policy and procedures are always adhered to. We have a Health and Safety Consultant who provides yearly training to ensure that the most current legislation is enforced throughout the workforce from Asbestos Awareness, Health and Safety to working at heights.

Love chatting to Rose! The company are fast reliable and deliver a decent service with reasonable prices. The contractors (I have met a fair few over the last 13 months) are also reliable trustworthy friendly and carry out work to a good standard. Still my favourite part is the lovely Rose who will always have time to chat and can be relied upon to get any job booked in quick or provide some great advice if she can't. 👍
