Over the past two decades, RPL Construction has built everything from schools to surgeries, New Builds to barn conversions. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, and our ability to deliver projects on budget and on time. Schools and universities have unique requirements of their buildings - and their schedules.
RPL Construction are experts in converting former barns into unique and architecturally exciting homes. In 2015 we were awarded a Merit by the Isle of Wight Conservation Society for our sensitive conversion of a listed barn in Niton. Disused barns make a dramatic starting point for one-off homes that ooze character and history.

The RPL team have worked tirelessly over the last 12 months refurbishing the GP Surgery that I work in. This has been made trickier by having to work around us whilst we continued the day job. They have been helpful, considerate, tidy and got the job done with as little hassle as possible - I would really recommend them for their professionalism
