Services
C J Norman services the needs of various insurance companies. We tailor our services to the requirements of each individual insurance company typically inspecting a vehicle within 48 hours of the initial instruction and providing a report within the same time frame.
Our inspections commonly deal with repairable vehicles in which case our report will cover a comprehensive list of all repair work which would be required to reinstate the vehicle to its pre-accident condition including: new parts and parts requiring general and specialist repair; the cost of labour, paint and materials and specialist repairs; a summary of savings made from the repairing garage's original repair estimate; general information regarding the pre-accident condition of the vehicle and whether any contributions from the insured would be justified; the pre-accident market value of the vehicle and where applicable the salvage or scrap value if the vehicle was found to be uneconomical to repair.
