The Company was jointly founded in 1972 by Fred Kidley and Peter Bailes. They started as two partners based from home, but as work increased and they took on more employees, the company moved to its present address in Dagenham East, Essex. Paul Kidley, Fred's son, started as an apprentice in 1982 and is now managing the business.
The works consisted of the Internal and external refurbishment of this five storey double fronted office accommodation. The building comprises a Mitsubishi Electric VRF Heat Recovery Air Conditioning system serving 19 No. FCU's and 3 No. Lossnay Heat Recovery Ventilation units in the loft space for primary Cooling or Heating at any given time.

Air Conditioning Highly Recommend First Class
I did a lot of research into this before l went with J J Engineering and had loads of companies round to quote for the work. And l must say from the start Gary's attention to detail was first class, he advised us what would work better for my house. There estimate was a complete breakdown of all materials as well as cost of the machinery. Unlike the other firms there estimates were just one or two lines. This made you feel like they knew what they was doing and you could trust their work. And no hidden costs.
