Welcome to Sally Driver Training for a reliable, patient and relaxed driving tuition service with one of the area's most understanding and flexible female instructors. I'm a fully qualified experienced female driving instructor running my own independent driving school. I have been teaching for 13 years.

I'm available for lessons 7 days a week including early mornings and evenings, offering 60, 90 or 120 mins lessons for your convenience. I offer a sensitive service, with a wide variety of different teaching styles, adapting to suit all drivers, whatever their co-ordination, confidence, skill or experience.

Pricing Report

If you are a brand new driver your very first lesson you take with me is 1 1/2 hours long but still only 30. As a rough guide, a new driver will need between 25 to 45 lessons, plus an extra 20 hours of private practice with family and friends. There are not many things you can buy today and can still be using every day for the rest of your life.

Intensive Courses Report

Intensive Driving Courses work as you spend less time in the car trying to remember where you left off in the previous week's lesson. These can be taken with a practical test at the end, a kick start for a new driver or just a boost for your confidence if you've taken a test and failed or not driven for a while.

After failing to grasp driving after the rip-off 5Day, spent the past year learning with Sally, between lockdowns.
Supportive and a great help. Really helped me to understand and learn to break bad habits and improve where I need to. Got me to not only pass, but to be a very comfortable driver.

If only I could leave zero stars I would. This instructor is a bully. I am so surprised she has lasted this long as an instructor. Horrible lady!!! Very unprofessional. go else where!

If you have any ounce of confidence driving a car it will be stripped from you. In a matter of 2 months I went from feeling comfortable learning to actually cancelling lessons as I didn't want to get into her car. I was mimicked told I constantly frustrated her and was even asked what kind of impression my frustration gave to my child. I would not recommend this instructor whatsoever your driving will suffer. When I asked for a refund on my block booking she owed me 8 hours I only got £70. It was worth stopping my lessons though the nerves are finally settling. Avoid avoid avoid

Dont. Treated really horribly by Sally. Deserted her only 2 weeks before my test as I just couldnt force myself to go on with it - therefore i had to cancel my test :(

Very poor service, my daughter is still waiting on Sally organising the last 1.5 hours driving that was paid for...months ago!
10 hours driving and never taught to reverse.
I'd definitely NOT recommend.
And not teaching in the rain...how do kids learn!
