Barton and Kendal (in particular Ross and Jordan who had been overseeing the property I was buying) have been fantastic. They have had excellent communication with myself and the seller/ solicitors. They have contacted me back when they said they would; chased up information as promised; arranged viewings very quickly; and been open and honest throughout the whole process. I felt the service was very professional and helpful.

I was the buyer in the real estate process and was having problems with solicitors from both sides; however, Jo-Anne, in particular, was right on my side in terms of trying to get the sale done as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I can’t thank her enough for always getting back to my queries extremely quickly and liaising with both sets of solicitors to get us over the line. An extremely stressful 6 months, made easier by Barton Kendal, Rochdale.

I recently sold a commercial property and a residential property with Jordan, and the Rochdale office.
on both occasions, Jordan manage so surpass, and achieve my expectations of value, meaning that in effect their coasts were more than negated.

I viewed a property in Rochdale on 18 May 2021 and completed on 30 June....all within 6 weeks, plus the house I purchased went to a sealed bid. Barton Kendal were superb in all aspects of the purchase, speedy, efficient and courteous throughout. Special thanks to Ross who oversaw my purchase - he is a great guy. Utterly useless!
We were selling a property, and had moved too far away to easily come back to let people in, etc.
They didn't turn up to give viewings on our property after saying they would.
They agreed to go to the property to let service workers in, but then backed out when it came time to do so and we had to get someone else to get the keys and let people in.
They lost paperwork we asked them to hold to pass on to the solicitors.
They agreed to visit our property on completion day to read gas/electric meters but didn't do so - and are now not responding to emails asking why.
