When moving recently we had an awful experience with our solicitors. Our estate agent , selling our house wasn't too helpful with information and return calls either. Valentines, the vendors estate agent, were the only people who helped and did as they said ..I.e. returned phone calls. If things don't go smoothly it helps to be kept informed and to be contacted , for example if a return call is promised. Valentines did this at this very stressful time and they are lovely people to deal with. I would recommend Valentines without a doubt.
