The business has been passed down generations and is still a family run business. We are your first port of call if you have a query, or need to make a claim. We will confirm if your policy covers the accident or loss you wish to claim for and give you the telephone number for the claims office as many companies don't use claim forms anymore.
House & Home Insurance - More insurance policies have a limit to the amount claimed for contents of garages and outbuildings. If you keep a lot of possessions in such places:- refer to your policy for the limits. Don't forget if you want cover for your personal items away from the home this is an optional extra.
We will advise you initially if your policy covers the incident that you wish to claim for. We will then either send you a claim form or as in most cases now provide you with the telephone number of your claims office. Motor Claims - You are required to notify a motor accident within 24-48 hours of the incident.
Some pre-existing medical conditions may require you to call us. Some of these policies run in conjunction with a family car insurance and an accident will not affect the proposer/registerred owners insurance policy.
