In 1989 I was five and I used to ask my mother when Dad would be coming home. She reassured me "Very soon, Daddy is working on a new career". A year later my father finally returned home from The States where he was doing his jewellery apprenticeship. I remember staying up past my bedtime watching my dad practice melting moulds and casting wax.

Before committing to purchasing a diamond, it's important to be familiar with the characteristics that make your diamond so unique. Knowing what to look for and understanding a diamonds main characteristics will provide you with the knowledge & confidence required to make the right decision. The four characteristics, or the '4Cs' are the important attributes that cause certain diamonds to be desirable and valuable, and others to fall short.
Take one of her rings and slide it down your pinky finger, then make a note by making the place with a pen or a piece of string. Please note, make sure the ring is snug. Then pop in store to have 'your pinky' measured. Ask one of her girlfriends or her mother if they know her ring size (if you can trust them to keep a secret!)

Tim has been brilliant from start to finish. I came to the shop with only a picture of the ring that my fiancee had seen in store 2 years ago. Tim was able to replicate the exact same model, taken my additional vague ("make it as sparkly as possible") requests into account and produced the perfect ring. My fiancee was over the moon with the end result and the requests to resize down twice were met with patience and good humour. The service was on point, the price more than fair and we highly recommend using Diamond Palace. You won't regret it!

Absolutely flawless service from start to finish! Sophie made the entire experience wonderful from the initial consultation to the final product. We were kept up to date with the progress of our ring each step of the way to ensure we were satisfied with every single detail. Tim was just brilliant. Myself and my fiancée initially visited Diamond Palace to pick her engagement ring. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing various different options, ultimately creating something very special for her.
