Had extension with new kitchen , dining, living area and patio aswell as new bathroom and cloakroom completed by concept developments. We are really please with the work and what has been achieved. Chris was brilliant at managing everything and made it easy Communication brilliant and everyone who came to our house were pleasant and worked hard. Would definitely recommend

We used Chris and his team at Concept Developers Ltd for an Extension on our property. We were absolutely made up with the results and Chris made the whole process a pleasure from start to finish.
The standard of finish was second to none and attention to detail was spot on. We had heard many good things about this company but even our expectations were surpassed.
Even with the extensive structural and building works being undertaken our house was left clean and tidy every evening and treated with respect, which made the whole process a pleasure.

Chris was excellent to deal with from the start. The quote provided was completely accurate and the quality of workmanship second to none. We are so pleased with every aspect of our build and it was a large project to complete with both the two storey rear extension plus an additional side extension with vaulted ceiling. The whole project was delivered on time despite the restrictions of COVID. Chris is extremely well organised and that was essential with the shortage of some building supplies. Chris and his team were a pleasure to have round the house, they turned up every day and always left
