They claim concise planning. They underestimated on 1300 bricks by a couple of hundred . The revised price rose by £2600. How does that work? It's not concise planning for sure. I was forced to cancel the project with them. Not to be Trusted.

We purchased our property in 2013 and it needed extensive refurbishment. Being new to the town we approached the estate agent who acted for the seller of the property for a recommendation to a local builder.
