I have recently purchased a car from Cars of Fareham, and my initial contact was with "Chris" was very helpful, he invited me to come to Fareham and spend as much time as I wished looking over the car that I was interested in, I was then invited to take the car for a test drive, again told to take as long a I wanted, he indicated that it was important that the car was right, what i wanted and that I was satisfied with it.
Before I was able to take it he had arranged to have the car MOT''d .to ensure that it was mechanically sound, which it was.
I arranged to pick the car up in a couple of days

Friendly and helpful staff. Purchase was made quickly and smoothly. Only slightly negative bit is difficulty parking. Would check them out in the future when looking for another car.

We bought a Mercedes E Class from Kevin. From the start we were made to feel very welcome and left to view the car in our own time. We took the car out for a test drive and all was as described or better. After searching Google and auto trader the price was the best we could find so I didn't quibble and paid the asking price. Unfortunately when we got home we found a fault with the rear suspension and called Kevin the following morning. Kevin gave me the choice whether to get the car repaired locally or to bring it back for them to repair. I chose to take it back. Kevin lent us a car to go home
