I bought my Volvo from Affordable Cars a couple of months ago and Jane was friendly and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Just taken it back as I had a problem with the acceleration. All sorted within a week and Jane even offered to try and fix my broken wing mirror which I didn't expect. Great customer service, would highly recommend 👌

The customer service was amazing here, everything was really easy from start to finish, laid back, very honest, and also very good at their jobs.
car has been perfect so far, and couldn't be happier with it, drives better than anything ive ever owner before, and for a good price.

After buying the car and seeing the mot was failed on a cv boot insecure. I was asked to check over the car (lack of trust due to conversations when buying the car) as there was a noise from the nsf on inspection the rigid boot would not hold to the cv joint, for the price of a couple of beers and 30 mins of time the problem could have been fixed instead it had a clip on to get through the mot (clip fell off within days). I have had to replace the cv joint. Now this is what it is in some ways however it was very disappointing (as an mot tester/ technician) to see that there was no grease in it

Came across affordable cars by complete chance and luckily found what we were looking for. Ben was very engaging in a non pressurised way and very professional. picked me up from the train station to collect the car which although its early days seems to be in perfect condition and running well. would highly recommend and thoroughly enjoyed Ben's company ( although a little tight on the quality streets I thought). will return again.
