I have over 20 years of accounting and management experience and take a keen interest in our clients businesses. Qualified in HR and have worked in banking and finance for many years, I tend to be the first point of contact for new clients. I am a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an official Quickbooks Trainer.
Financial control encompass all the compliance procedures required by law to make sure your Limited (LTD) company is doing what it needs to comply with HMRC and Companies House regulations. The main three are the company annual accounts, corporation tax return, VAT returns and payroll. We put this all under Financial Control Services because as your partner in finance we are your outsourced finance department.
Our Financial Director Services are aimed at business owners/founders who want to ensure they are in control of their business, giving them the tools and support that allows them to successfully navigate to their chosen business destination. As your finance partner we will support your business with all of the normal accountant services naturally.

You can use our outsourced bookkeeping services with the confidence that we are both Xero certified bookkeepers and QuickBooks bookkeepers. When income and expenses are properly organised, it is easier to review financial resources and expenses.
First, we would ask you questions to check to see if you were eligible for R&D relief which allows 2.30 to be deduction against taxable profits for every 1 spent. Once we have established that your business is eligible for R&D we will collect information from you on the project(s), people involved and more.
