The guys who work in Stelfort are friendly,
I have seen an advert for studio flat on rightmove, I viewed the flat in person it looked great, it was furnished,
One week later, I have been asked to sign a contract then I have been handed the keys I opened the door to my flat the next day and guess what the flat doesn’t even look the same the paint work is damaged the toilet is disgusting, the kitchen sink is blocked the kitchen cupboard was broken, the kitchen and the toilet tap are still broken, the oven and the hob were broken…. the flat was not even cleaned, the agency Stelford said it is

Ali was very helpful in helping me finding a place. Quick job and all the paperwork has been done in less than 2 weeks. Highly recommended.
Giving 4 stars only because in the contract was stated that the landlord had provided basic furniture, including table with chairs, which were unfortunately not there when I moved in.

1. Estate agents took way too long to process our application and documents for moving in, every time we phoned to check up on it they would put it off another week.

2. When we finally did move in there was a maintenance guy in still cleaning and painting with his belongings inside the flat.

3. My partner got a new job meaning our rent payment had to be delayed and the agents weren't considerate to this at all... they never contacted us by phone, would just send out threatening emails about sending out debt collectors etc. Furthermore, when we phoned up their offices it would be someone
