When you visit us in store you can work with one of our specialists to help you make your dream piece a reality. We start with designing the piece by showing items from our stock to give inspiration and the personalising it to you specifications. We will then show a drawing or CAD image of the piece for you to approve.

Having bought my wife's engagement ring and both our wedding rings from the store 10 years ago, we recently went back to purchase an eternity ring for my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I ended up getting the engagement ring from Beverly Hills and the whole experience was amazing! The dealer that assisted me was Everest and he definitely made the whole process easier and enjoyable. He never pushed me to make a decision, while he also spent a lot of time to ensure I find exactly what I was looking for a very competitive price. Absolutely outstanding. My fiancé and I happened to walk into Beverly Hills London on a walk through Hatton Garden because we liked something they had in the window- and I'm so glad we did! Richard and the team at Beverly Hills London went above and beyond to provide excellent service. When they didn't have exactly what we wanted in-store, they helped my fiancé and me create our dream engagement ring from scratch, with full computerized design images. Second to none result, very communicative and friendly, and excellent aftercare. Very much recommend!

The name of the guy who dealt with me was Everest - not only was he honest and understanding, he offered his professional advice and never forced or made me feel uncomfortable with any decisions I made throughout my whole time there. This has been the smoothest transaction I've experienced for jewellery. The ring was made within the date we had been promised and it had been delivered exquisitely. Daniel, was absolutely amazing from start to finish & really looked after us. The hospitality was great & i cant express how happy i was with the final product.
