We aim to provide a comprehensive lettings and management service and have done so for over 20 years. Lettings have done very well over recent years, with the increase in the amount of deposit required for purchase, many people are now having to rent for much longer and tenants staying for 3 or 4 years is not unusual.

We were tenants at a property that was managed by Croft Davies and Co. Throughout our whole experience we do not have a bad word to say about them. Any issues we had with the property were solved with professionalism and efficiency. The house was well managed and we were able to get hold of them with ease. Couldn't recommend a better service from an estate agents, especially throughout lockdown. Thank you again.

I would rather not leave any stars the worst estate agents I've came across, a friend of mine rented a 2bed flat off these people Mae's y felin farm lisvane and although it looked lovely and rural on viewing DO NOT be fooled its very damp and once moved in they do not care about you my friend suffered with a bad chest for weeks until she moved out finally the mould that grows up the walls is awful and it's not just downstairs as the flat above is riddled with mould and damp aswell call after call after call about getting the problems fixed and nothing! The window seals are all going as well. New
