Horrible experience when renting , left house in great condition and they still continued to take the deposit.
Money grabbing to say the least , staff behind the reception desk were heard when I was in blatantly bad mouthing tennants. Very unprofessional.
Avoid at all costs. If i could score less than 1 star then i would.

The agency used to charge illegal referencing fees of £65 per person. I was renting with them between 2016 and 2018 and I remember when I first called them to do a viewing they told us “Btw we charge for referencing but that money doesn’t go to us, it goes to the referencing company”. I call bullsh*t as they must have taken commission from each reference. My friend who also rented with them told me they pressured them into paying by saying it was “landlord’s preference” that they use paid referencing service or they may not get their property.

After 5 months of not selling selling house, they want a £500 cancelling fee for NOT selling your home, this is after already paying them hundreds of pounds in marketing fees. Then block your own property on Rightmove to stop you from switching to a different agent. They then re-list the property that you have purchased from them as a new listing trying to sell to someone else. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!
