With substantial investment in CNC machinery, Belmont Engineering is able to offer a wide range of sub-contract, multi axis CNC machining services. Investment in the latest technology provides customers with CNC Milling capability up to 1.5 metres in length, together with CNC turning facilities up to 300 mm in diameter.
Complimented by our CAD/CAM systems the shop floor can provide a rapid response to customer's requirements with the minimum programming and downtime. For customers without their own design team, our in house design facilities enable us to take your concept to final product.

Services
Belmont Precision Engineering Company Limited was established in 1957 to serve the then thriving aerospace industry, while equipment has changed drastically over the years and we now undertake commercial work alongside the Aerospace side, our place in the market remains the same as the day the company was founded; uncompromising product quality is our aim, and this is reflected in our customer list with many blue chip companies among them.
Annual investment in quality CNC machinery (3 new Doosan DNM machining centres in the last 18 months) and advanced programing software gives Belmont Engineering the scope to offer a wide range of multi axis machining services. Highly complex components in difficult to machine materials are something of a specialty.
Investment in computerised programing systems along with high speed contouring CNC machinery enables Belmont to offer a specialist service in 3D machining. Virtually any shape can be machined to your solid model file, or drawing.
Our latest investment in a Doosan DNM 500 machining centre with ultra-high speed contouring capability enables 3D machining techniques to be used effectively on production work, rather than just prototyping as has traditionally been the case.We are now able to 3D machine components where casting would previously have been the only option.

Investment at Belmont is not limited to production machinery, we have a fully air conditioned, dedicated inspection department with the very best inspection equipment available. A CNC controlled Co-ordinate measuring machine enables inspection of 3d surfaces, and once a part has been inspected the program can be recalled and repeated at any time by the operator.
