The whole process of purchasing a kitchen from Deelux has been excellent. Jennifer and Michael were really helpful at the design stage, both had very creative ideas which supplemented our ideas very well. This resulted in a kitchen which has turned out to be far better that we could have envisioned. Jennifer and Michael’s very thorough approach of making sure that all details were sorted and agreed before work commenced lead to a very smooth installation. Deelux organised all of the works and co-ordinated the trades all of whom arrived on time and carried out the works within the schedule in

Prior to installation any issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The kitchen was fitted with great attention to detail. A problem with a faulty unit, once identified, was resolved quickly and with no fuss. A very satisfied customer!

Really pleased with my kitchen provided by Deelux and fitted by Graham. They've done a fantastic job from design to installation. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone wanting a quality kitchen, at a great price and fitted by someone who clearly takes pride in their work. After looking at kitchens in the large DIY superstores I felt they looked nice but the quality was lacking. I checked out on the internet, local kitchen sales in Chester, and found Deelux Kitchens , a place I had driven past many times without realising what they sold.I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did.I met Darrell in the showroom and gave him my brief and a rough drawing of the layout I wanted.He showed me the quality of the units they sold, which was much superior to anything else I seen at other places and with his great enthusiasm he planned what I needed right there. .When

Deelux promised the earth but unfortunately failed to deliver the quality that they had assured us that we would get. Management throughout installation was practically non-existent, causing many problems and the after-sales service has been appalling, and again practically non-existent. Very plausible front man, but doesn't want to know once they have received full payment. Do not be taken in by these people!
