I recently dealt with Christopher and from the initial contact he was courteous and responsive but most importantly honest. I had instructed another firm initially but got fed up with all their scare tactics and adding extras to the bill. Chris was open and gave me the information to make a decision. I would happily recommend him.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Appalling customer service. As existing clients we have recently been treated as if we had just walked in off the street without any previous relationship and met with inflexible and dismissive service. Really concerned about the quality of their work, blanket policies and decision making of the senior partners.

In 8 house moves we've never had such an unprofessional, unpleasant, dismissive, non-communicative conveyancer than we experienced with RBS from the West Bridgeford branch.
She almost led us to reporting her to the law ombudsman, due to mess-ups with contracts, not asking our vendors questions we needed answers to, not responding to emails, not communicating with the chain which resulted in weeks of further delays, being abrupt and acting against us rather than with us....to top it off, the Client Care Manager didn't even return our call!
Please note - The only thing effected by Covid was exchange

Don't normally like to post negative feedback but the service was that appalling I think people should know how awful this firm is. If I didn't chase things I would be still waiting now for completion. Really annoying how they think they can take your money and do nothing for it!! Would never use them again
