Please please please, avoid this company at all costs - They mis-sold me a policy, charged me a large deposit, charged me again for the next month and then forced me to cancel my policy after mis-selling me the cover on a commercial vehicle.
They will leave you on hold for 10 minutes + at a time purely to waste your time. There is a sales rep called Courtney who is completely embarrassing. Unable to get through on the phone lines - Had a letter requesting I call them, Have tried for 5 consecutive days and have been on hold for over 45 minutes everytime. I cannot wait on the phone for hours on end hoping someone will answer. The one time I managed to get through after 55 minutes on hold, the chap said the system was down and I have to ring back another day. USELESS
