No. Pinpoint cannot accept applications without your having viewed the property directly yourself. Only then will you know whether it suits your needs. It's better to assess this before signing a tenancy agreement for 12 months than finding out after you've moved in. When you apply to rent a property, you will be asked to provide information and documents to show that you'll be a good tenant.

I have used Pinpoint on many occasions to both sell and rent property. The service they provide is excellent and they never fail to impress. Recently Simon let a large commercial property for me and the job he did was exceptional. I find the staff to be courteous, considerate and excellent communicators. Their professionalism is beyond reproach and I recommend this company strongly. You will not be disappointed.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
Would give 0 stars if I could - the rentals team in the Lisburn Road office are the most unprofessional group I hope to ever encounter in the housing market. A year of false promises, no replies via email/telephone calls and to finish off the tenancy they try to scam us out of our deposits. Broken the tenancy agreement on numerous occasions from the outset and refuse to comment or rectify the situation. I moved into a property which had not even had a hoover never mind the previous tenants belongings removed from the cupboards or the freezer. I really sympathise

3 Cancelled visits by Pinpoint, on the day of the appointment. One of the appointments I drove to, I called two hours before the visit to confirm and was told that the appointment was still going ahead, but an hour later I was told that it was cancelled. I drove 2 hours each way to the viewing, which is a 4 hour journey in total, and had taken the day off work. Another one of the properties we went to view, was advertised as available, the agent on the phone said that the visit was cancelled and arranged a viewing for the Friday, but when I went into the office I was told that it had actually been

We've just bought a house advertised by Pinpoint Property, and we're extremely pleased with their service. The lady called Kelly was going above and beyond to help us, and that couldn't be easy on her either as she had first-timers to deal with on both sides! We've had timely responses at all times, and there was a human touch to Kelly's approach, which we found preciously comforting in this stressful process.

I came across Pinpoint Property while looking through listings to rent on PropertyPal. Liam helped me over the phone and by email to book viewings and I met with Mark during one of those viewings.
I must recommend them for the exceptional quality of service they provided me with. Liam was very quick to respond to my questions and showed a great deal of flexibility.
