The company had fifteen progressive years increasing turnover year on year, the company then moved to Downend, in 2004 to a more prominent site improving our position in the service, repair, and sales of motor vehicles.

These range from air-con check and re-charge and anti bacterial clean to a full leak test and repair. 85% of all new vehicles now come with air conditioning as standard. As with most mechanical parts these systems need regular checks and servicing.

I recently bought a car from Westerleigh Car Centre and I couldn't be happier. We have ended up getting exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price and the process of dealing with Westerleigh was a pleasure from start to finish.
Having spent some time looking for the right vehicle it was a breath of fresh air dealing with Neil at Westerleigh who was genuine, friendly, straightforward and honest.
Despite living well outside the Downend area, I would not hesitate to deal with Neil and his family business in the future.

Came here for my MOT a year ago and was given 9 advisories which I was strongly encouraged to act on. I made the decision not to. This year, I went to another garage for my MOT. 1 year and 8000 miles later, my car passed first time with no advisories, having had no work done to address the advisories given by Westerleigh. With MOTs being subjective, Westerleigh seemed to be overly harsh in their judgements, and with the added 'hard sell' to work on the advisories, which I declined, being a potential tool used to try and make easy money out of issues that didn't need correcting.

AVOID, CANNOT BE TRUSTED
This garage failed to report/diagnose a fault with my steering following a full and expensive service.
When i called to discuss with a view to getting this fixed, the owner quickly became very rude.
Interrupting, not listening and talking over me making a reasonable conversation impossible, which increased my suspicion of their competence
I didn't even have a problem with the steering until i took the vehicle to this garage for replacement brake pads for which he charged me £500
He ended the conversation by telling me not to return to his garage
Happy to oblige sir

Have been to this garage twice for a fault on my car. They check everything really thoroughly and got back to me really quickly. Very reasonable prices. They really know their stuff. Also had my MOT here, dropped my car in after work on Friday and completed by 9am on the Saturday. Everyone you speak to on front desk/over the phone is really polite and friendly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have used Westerleigh for a couple of years now. They took my car in and helped to diagnosis and fix my VW DSG automatic gear box issues that I had. They have serviced, mot'd and replaced the brake discs and pads on my car. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. They have always been professional and helpful. They have well and truly impressed me with their brilliant customer service. They keep you informed on the progress of the car. They helped me out with my brake light bulb that had broken when I picked my car up from them. As a fairly new motorist I can't thank these guys enough for
