We are committed to ensuring every customer has confidence and trust in the quality of the service here at Surecar Ltd. Great garage, bought my car from their dealership office and have had services and MOTs carried out since. Amanda is always super helpful and they are a nice bunch of lads with great communication.
We offer discounted MOTs to our customers and should we find that your vehicle needs some work to pass the MOT test, we will be more than happy to assist you in a clear explanation of the work needed to pass and a quote in order for the work to be carried out. We do not charge for the MOT retest after the work has been completed by us.

Situated within the exhaust system, a DPF catches soot particles stopping them from going into our atmosphere. We provide high-quality DPF cleans in our highly equipped garage. As with all filters, a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) needs emptying periodically and is done by the vehicle automatically in a process called "regeneration".

(Updates 14/1) After the scamming of the light bulb fitting (£113 for 5 halogen light bulb), my car failed the MOT today because of all the lights fitted in this garage! The headlamps on both side aim too high and the direction indicator lights on both are discoloured (<- I just changed it for new for 2 months). This garage is not replacing a new halogen bulb on my car LMAO. Is that because I am a girl, not knowing much of cars, so I am the perfect person to scam with? NEVER COME BACK FOR THIS GARAGE!

I would highly recommend the Team at Surecars Ltd Bristol, booked my car in for an MOT, the staff were extremely helpful, I booked an appointment at a convenient time I met Amanda on reception who greeted me in such a welcoming manner, she explained everything and advised me when my car would be ready, she kept me updated by phone/text update. The staff on my approach to the reception from the garage Workshop were helpful as I wasn’t sure were to park. Everything was managed in a timely and professional way. Would definitely use this garage again and recommend it to others. Thank you ! Exceptional

I took my first car almost two years ago for MOT at Surecar. I had absolutely no problem with it. He told me that my car has failed the MOT and he advised me to scrap it and said ' I can take it off your hands for free'. but I needed it to return back home.
On my way home I bought another car from a neighbouring motoring business on the same day and I was paid a good price for my old car, I assumed if a working car fails the MOT they can at least use or sell some of its parts as they were working perfectly fine.
I took my new car lately for MOT to Surecar for convenience, for close proximity

Was told my van needed a new engine, so a new engine was ordered. Then I was told that a lot of welding was needed as well so wasn't worth putting it in. They charged me for the engine anyway! The whole team bullied up around me and said I was legally liable for the cost, something I now know not to be true. All I did was follow their recommendations from day one. Now I have no work vehicle and am in debt.
